Defective products will be accepted for refund, exchange or repair (subject to manufacturer and/or Repros’ restrictions) within 10 days from receipt. Procedures are as follows:
Returns must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all original packing and instructions. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
